Madonna Not A Fan Of M.I.A's Super Bowl 'Gesture'

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — In an interview with AMP Radio's Carson Daly, Madonna says she likes M.I.A, but didn't think that giving the finger to the Super Bowl crowd and the nation was "the time or the place for it."

The pop icon talked to Daly about her new album "MDNA" and her performance at the Super Bowl.

"It was an overwhelming experience. I've never played in the round like that before in the middle of the stadium and so I was worried about that and also it was on NFL turf. I didn't know how people were going to respond and it was just crazy," Madonna said. "I think it was the best time I've ever had on stage."
