Let's Talk Turkey

Hello. I'm about a week into my new job and I'm already thinking about Thanksgiving. My mind hops between all the holidays, but this is the one topic that I need to deal with so I can get a good night's sleep.

What should I cook for Thanksgiving? I am torn between doing a full-blown latin themed extravaganza and my mom's traditional Southern cooking. Shall I do a combo like I did last year? I did a chipotle rub with my turkey, but I also remember seeing a recipe for an APRICOT-TEQUILA TURKEY. Seriously. How insane and delicious does that sound?

Scalloped potatoes. Heavy on the butter, which means extra delicious. I also make some mean mashed potatoes.

Ok, so that salad  is pretty straightforward but Henrie's cornbread dressing  (short for Henrietta) is legendary.

What do you guys think??? Leave me your vote! Ok, what's up with the distracting ad with the gal and the egg in her mouth? Beauty treatment? I mean seriously.
