Watch The Clips Host The Champs

Date: Monday, November 10

The Clippers host the 2014 NBA Champion San Antonio Spurs this Monday in a battle of Western Conference rivals. Blake Griffin and Chris Paul will have their hands full trying to contain future Hall Of Famer Tim Duncan and six-time NBA All-Star Tony Parker as these two squads take the court against one another for the first time this season. As a special treat for any military personnel or veterans in attendance, November 10th will be "Hoops for Troops" night. Any Military personnel in attendance will receive a free shirt and invited to an exclusive pre-game look at warm-ups before the general public. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. and tickets are going for $25 and up.

Celebrate Veteran's Day

Date: Tuesday, November 11

Celebrate Veteran's Day by visiting Battleship USS Iowa Museum's Veterans Appreciation exhibit. The 11th is the end of a two-day celebration, including family activities and free tours to all active duty military and veterans. The event will have an inflatable obstacle course, food trucks and vintage military vehicles on hand for all visitors to enjoy. The USS Iowa served as an active battle ship from its launch in 1942 to its reserve in March of 1949, seeing real combat in World War II all over the globe during that span. Grab Some Chicken Soup For The Soul

Date: Wednesday, November 12

Warm your body and soul this Wednesday by grabbing a bowl from Warszawa on Lincoln Boulevard for National Chicken Soup For The Soul Day. Warszawa offers homemade chicken broth with your choice of angel hair pasta or lamb dumplings. A small bowl will run you $4 while the large portion will only set you back $6. After your chicken soup try one of Warszawa's tasty main dishes such as their grilled salmon or trout simmered with leeks, tomatoes, rosemary and dill. Warszawa is open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. during the week.

Start The Weekend With A Brew

Date: Friday, November 14

Reward yourself for putting another week of work in the books by coming to Blue Palms Brewhouse on Hollywood Boulevard this Friday night. Blue Palms has a selection of local brews like Hell Hound Brown from Cosmic Ales right here in LA and Chinook Showers (Double IPA) from Noble Ale Works in Anaheim. While you're enjoying your delicious local craft beer try out one of their tasty entrees like their plate of house smoked, sweet and spicy baby back ribs with slaw or beer baked beans. The Blue Palms Brewhouse is open from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. every Friday.

Catch 5 Seconds Of Summer At The LA Forum

Date: Saturday, November 15

Fall is in full swing but this weekend Los Angeles turns back the season as 5 Seconds of Summer perform at the LA Forum on West Manchester Boulevard. The Australian natives released their self-titled debut album earlier this year and has gone certified gold in 10 different countries. The breakout single, "She Looks So Perfect," has gone double platinum in Australia and peaked at number 24 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart. Fellow Aussies, The Veronicas, serve as the opening act. The concert starts at 7:30 p.m. and tickets start at $55.
