Homeless Crackdown Slows Traffic On Hollywood Freeway
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — At least one off-ramp was partly closed on the busy Hollywood (101) Freeway on Wednesday in what officials say is an effort to remove homeless people from an encampment in the Cahuenga Pass.

The enforcement effort began about 7:20 a.m. near the Highland Avenue off-ramp near the southbound Hollywood (101) Freeway, significantly backing up traffic during the morning commute.
California Highway Patrol Officer Francisco Villalobos said the effort is expected to last well into Wednesday afternoon.
