Dr. John Gray's New Book Examines ADHD And Brain Performance

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — New York Times bestselling author Dr. John Gray visited the KCAL9 studios Tuesday to talk about his new book, "Staying Focused in a Hyper World".

In the book he explains how the biggest obstacle preventing men, women and children from enjoying good communication and healthy relationships is a lack of focus.

ADHD is the #1 neurological disorder in children and teens in the U. S. and research shows the disorder continues into adulthood. Gray explains why half of all adults with ADHD go undiagnosed and shows how relationships are negatively affected by past brain trauma, poor nutrition and a sedentary lifestyle.

He offers advice from his personal experience and CURED himself from ADHD and Parkinson's using the natural solutions from his book. Gray reveals the latest research and patterns of behavior that hurt all relationships, especially in marriages, such as memory issues, nagging, intimacy problems, sudden anger, and not listening.
