Country Group Rascal Flatts Receives Star On Walk Of Fame
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Country group Rascal Flatts received the 2, 480 star on the Hollywood Walk of fame Monday morning.
The ceremony honored lead vocalist Gary LeVox, bassist and background vocalist Jay DeMarcus, and lead guitarist and singer Joe Don Rooney at 11:30 a.m. in the 6600 block of Hollywood Boulevard.
The group has sold more than 21 million albums since they formed in Nashville in 1998.
They have been selected as Vocal Group of the Year a combined 13 times by the Academy of Country Music and The Country Music Association.
