Sunday brunching during football season means you should be downing French toast and mimosas while cheering on your favorite team with every touchdown. So, don't stay home with a bowl of cereal and bottle of bubbly during football season. Instead, visit these restaurants that serve great brunch with a side of football.

Santa Monica's Herringbone recently added brunch service, and the restaurant invites you to be part of its Seaside Brunch Club. The menu includes a number of noteworthy dishes including the house lobster roll with Maine lobster, lemon mayo, pickles and housemade bread, as well as a croque madame on sourdough, housemade biscuits, and a sausage maple gravy with fried eggs and ricotta stuffed French toast. Sit near the big screen TVs to catch all of the pigskin action while you sip a Peter Rabbit Mimosa made with bruised basil lemonade. If you're really ready to party, just spring for traditional bottomless mimosas and enjoy the day. Brunch is served on the weekends from 10am-2pm.

Plan Check's Fairfax location will show every NFL Sunday Ticket and Red Zone game, and their Sawtelle and downtown LA locations will broadcast local games, so there's no reason to miss your favorite team. Plan Check offers rotating brunch specials during the weekend, including the Man Cakes made with bacon and pecan brown ale and served with a side of pig candy and eggs. Make sure to also try the chef's favorite burger with bacon, ketchup leather and a fried egg or the pastrami sandwich with swiss, kimchi mustard and a fried egg. Check each location's Facebook page for weekly specials, including discounted prices on wings, beast fries, margaritas and draft beers. Each pack comes with a choice of 6, 12, or 24 pieces of jidori fried chicken with yam preserves and okra, cole slaw and potato salad.

Wirtshaus on La Brae Ave will be broadcasting NFL games every Monday, Thursday and Sunday for patrons to enjoy. With new items on the weekend brunch menu, you have good reason to hang out at the German pub and catch games on any of the four TVs or 120-inch projection screen. Try the Wirtshaus breakfast burritos with beef and pork sausauge and a fried egg or the breakfast schnitzel with scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and bacon. Beers are just $4, and you can score bottomless champagne or mimosas for $9 and $12, respectively. Weekend brunch is served from 11am-2pm.

Sausal's Nuevo Rancho menu features twists on brunch classics that you can enjoy along with the games broadcast on two TVs.
