You could fire up the oven and start scooping dough, or just run out and grab a dozen from a local shop. If you're not up to baking your own, here are a few spots that have oatmeal cookies you must try.

Many might now know this, but Sprinkles is way more than just a cupcakery shop. When they added cookies and ice cream to the menu, many of their fans rejoiced. The salted oatmeal cookie is great for those who prefer the simplicity of toasted, rolled oats with any dried fruit to get in the way. You'll also find these cookies quite crunchy thanks to the addition of crushed corn flakes, and there's also that perfect salty bite from a topping of fleur de sel. There's plenty you can do with the cookies too. Make an ice cream sandwich, add it to a scoop of ice cream or ask the experts at the store for other great and delicious ideas!
