Best Gyms With Daycare In Los Angeles

Busy moms and dads understand that it is important to find time to exercise, but they also face the challenge of trying to find safe childcare for their children. Many gyms have taken steps to ensure that their members never have to worry about this and provide childcare at the facility. Some of them offer it as part of the membership package and others charge a modest fee.  The age limits vary depending on the facility but as a rule of thumb, it's usually kids from 6 months to 12 years of age and while we love smaller more personable gyms, in some cases, the chains offer the best options for parents.  Here is a list of the best gym daycares around town.

The daycare is staffed by vetted caregivers, and costs $7 per child for 2 hours with only an extra $3 per additional kid. Daycare hours are 8-1 / 4-7:30, Monday through Saturday, and 8-12 Sunday. Minimum age is 6 months, and there is a special workout program for kids aged seven and up.
