Food challenges are a great way to bring humor and laughter to a meal with friends or family. Get yourself prepared and hungry for what you are about to experience below. Health should not be a concern when you take these food challenges, so go ahead and enjoy.

"Eat at your own risk!" Jitlada warns anyone brave enough to take on the Southern Thai specialist's Dynamite Challenge. On the plus side, participants get to choose their protein. The minus, that protein will be slathered in a luceferian concoction of "real chili, real spicy." Finish the plate and the dish in on the house. Architecturally-themed ice cream sandwich Coolhaus' Skyscraper Challenge gives the phrase "leave room for dessert" new meaning. If you love New York-style heroes, you’re in for one of the biggest food challenges of your life. The Big Fat Fatty from Fat Sal's Deli consists of ingredients stuffed into a 27-inch hero sandwich. Inside is chicken, pastrami, onion rings, bacon, chili, mozzarella sticks and it's topped off with a fried egg. Your challenge awaits. Finish the Fatty in 40 minutes or less and it’s free, or pay $49.50 if you lose the challenge.

Do you love sushi rolls? Here is your chance to hate them after taking on this challenge. Dare yourself to tackle the six-pound Godzilla roll in one hour and it will be free. You get a T-shirt and picture on the wall of fame if you win. If you don’t finish it in one hour, you get charged $34.95. You must register a day in advance by calling. Food challenges take place Monday through Thursday. The Godzilla roll consists of Dynamite scallop, shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, avocado, cream cheese and cucumber.

How about a breakfast challenge? Get ready for a dozen eggs. The Broken Yolk Café Special is an omelet filled with cheese, onion, mushrooms and a side of chile. This food stuffer early in the morning must be accomplished within the one-hour time limit. If your appetite in the morning can face the challenge, go for it. You must chow down the two side biscuits and mouth watering home fries within the hour or you don’t get the meal for free. If you win, your breakfast is free and you get a T-shirt.
