VICTORVILLE (CBS) — Authorities have issued an Amber Alert for a 13-year-old Victorville girl who is believed to have run away from home with a 22-year-old man.

Miranda Hemphill, 13, is reportedly with Ivan Lopez of Lennox, who is wanted on a warrant issued in 2009 for a sex crime against a minor.

They are believed to be traveling in a 1973 gray and white Chevy Van with license plate number 2CIW894.

Hemphill's father posted a plea for her safe return on YouTube.
