92-Year-Old Man Fatally Shoots Wife On Valentine's Day, Police Say

SOUTH LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A 92-year-old man and his 72-year-old wife did not have a happy Valentines Day.

Police say a domestic dispute between the married couple turned deadly Tuesday night around 8 p.m at 1717 West 60th St. in South L.A.

After an argument, the man got a shotgun and then shot his wife, police say.

The woman died at the scene and the man was taken into custody.

A homicide investigation is underway.
