A man wearing a uniform and impersonating the National Guard was arrested by Los Angeles police, authorities said Tuesday.
"His death is on their hands as much as it is those officers," Chief Moore said.
As of Tuesday afternoon, 123,022 Riverside County residents had been tested, 64,604 San Bernardino County residents had been tested and 28, 367 Ventura County residents had been tested.
