The city of Burbank is seeking a judge's permission to cut off the electricity of Tinhorn Flats Saloon & Grill and padlock the doors in order to enforce its closure order during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The fire was reported at about 12:22 p.m. at a building in the 7600 block of East Rosecrans Avenue. At least three units in the building were fully engulfed in flames.
It will close Thursday through Sunday and reopen on Monday.
