Running of the Turkeys
There are 1,500 runners, walkers, strollers and talkers out at this year's Running of the Turkeys--one of Yolo Food Bank's biggest fundraising events! It was started by the Rogers Family in Woodland as a fun way to promote community involvement and the true spirit of thanksgiving. The proceeds from the event have always gone to Yolo Food Bank and the event is a great way for family and friends to come out, have fun, and get some exercise before filling-up on Thanksgiving goodies.
