ITALIAN SEASONING
1/2 cup dried oregano
1/2 cup dried basil
1/4 cup dried parsley
1 tablespoon fennel seeds, crushed
2 tablespoons dried sage
1 tablespoons hot red pepper flakes
Mix well and store in a jar

HOMEMADE RANCH SEASONING & DRESSING
Dry Ranch Mix:
1/4 cup black pepper
1-1/2 cup parsley flakes
1/2 cup garlic salt
2 tablespoons Kosher salt
1/4 cup granulated garlic
3/4 cup granulated onion
2 tablespoons dill weed
Combine all ingredients in a Quart Mason jar. Shake to combine. Makes about 3-1/2 cups of dry mix.
Ranch Dressing:
1 tablespoon Dry Ranch Mix (more for a stronger flavor)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Whisk together all ingredients until thick and creamy. Dressing will thicken in the refrigerator if you like a really thick ranch dressing. Adjust buttermilk to get consistency you prefer. Makes about 3 cups.

3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Store in small airtight container.
