MCKINNEY (CBSDFW.COM) — A graduation party gone wrong...

One McKinney police corporal is on administrative leave and under investigation after cell phone footage was sent to CBS 11 Saturday night.

Viewer-submitted video shows Cpl. Eric Casebolt yelling and cursing at teenagers at Craig Ranch North Community Pool in McKinney. In it, Casebolt is shown pushing a 14-year-old girl in a swimsuit to the ground. Footage later shows the police corporal pointing his gun at other teens.

According to the McKinney Police Department, a neighbor had complained that the teens didn't have permission to use the pool. Other callers say the teens started fighting. Police Chief Greg Conley said Sunday he has "several concerns" about the officer's conduct, but declined to go into specifics.

This case has spurred a onslaught of debate on social media and throughout the Dallas area.

Many McKinney residents voiced their outrage after the press conference. LaShadion Anthony, along with several others, said it appeared the officer was only targeting African-American teenagers.

"These are children. They got to be able to handle things better manner than this," Anthony said.
