Wrongful death lawsuit filed by family of disabled woman against Rolling Meadows care facility
The family of 34-year-old Emily Kasanga, who died after choking to death in April 2026, claims only one staff member was on duty when there should have been two. They also allege staff didn't call the family when Kasanga died.
