Widespread protests in multiple European countries
Protests continue, but were less violent in France this past weekend. Meanwhile, nationwide protests in Germany led to riots and looting in some areas; protesters camped outside Rossio Square in Lisbon, Portugal; and protests continue over the suspension of a court president in Poland.
