White Sox fan Down syndrome gets special surprise from former slugger Jake Burger
Jacob Kiefor exchanged a thumbs-up with Burger and got a signed bat from the former White Sox slugger. Burger is now a vocal advocate for Down syndrome, even wearing number 21 to raise awareness and honor his daughter.
