The wars in Ukraine and Iran are bringing down support for Republicans ahead of the midterm elections. The president heads to North Carolina to campaign on Tuesday after being in Kansas on Monday night. He tried to rev up support, saying he'll give relief to farmers hit hard by high energy costs.
