Volunteers migrants frustrated information Chicago officials
The hundreds of families on board arriving will join nearly 3,200 migrants waiting for housing. Many of them are staying in Chicago police districts. CBS 2's Andrew Ramos reports the numbers are growing at an alarming rate.
