Veterans and vintage planes reunite at TBM Avengers Reunion air show
The TBM Avenger Reunion, an air show featuring historic World War II planes, kicked off on Friday in Peru, Illinois, about 90 miles southwest of Chicago. The event is also a special reunion for veterans who once flew the warbirds.
