University of Chicago students pitch ideas to solve city's pension crisis

A group of University of Chicago students have come up with some ideas for tackling the city’s $35 billion pension debt, including adding tolls to DuSable Lake Shore Drive. More than 50 students took part in a competition to pitch ideas on how to address Chicago’s pension crisis, and the winning team shared how they came up with their ideas.
