Teen with heart condition recognized as Chicago Bears' Champion of the Game
Joshua Chayoga, 17, of Beach Park, was recognized as Champion of the Game by the Bears on Monday in honor of World Heart Day the day after. Joshua and his mother, Esther Chayoga, join Audrina Sinclair.
