Suspects in Russia concert hall attack appear in court
Russia observed a national day of mourning on Sunday, after a terror attack at a concert hall in Moscow on Friday night killed more than 130 people. Meantime, the four suspects in the attack appeared in court, showing signs of severe beatings as they faced formal terrorism charges.
