Supreme Court upholds birthright citizenship, strikes down Trump's exeutive order
The U.S. Supreme Court upheld birthright citizenship in a 5-4 decision Tuesday, striking down President Trump's executive order and reaffirming the more than 100-year-old understanding that nearly all of those born in the United States are citizens.
