Supreme Court rejects Trump’s bid to avoid paying USAID contractors

The Supreme Court on Wednesday ruled the Trump administration must unfreeze nearly $2 billion in foreign-aid funding, clearing the way for the money to flow to contractors and other groups that have worked for the State Department and U.S. Agency for International Development overseas.
