Supreme court rejects by Kim Davis to overturn landmark decision legalizing same-sex marriage
The Supreme Court on Monday said it will not reconsider its landmark ruling Obergfell v. Hodges that established the constitutional right to same-sex marriage, rejecting a bid by former Kentucky county clerk Kim Davis to overturn it.
