Ohio man convicted of attempted murder of ex-wife at restaurant
An Ohio man was found guilty of attempted murder after he pulled a gun on his ex-wife at a restaurant. The only reason he didn't succeed in shooting her was because the gun's safety was on. A waiter than tackled him.
