Oct. 2, 1982: Authorities investigate poisonings, Mayor Byrne orders Tylenol off shelves
After seven people died from taking cyanide-tainted Tylenol in the fall of 1982, more than 100 agents got on the case as authorities worked to get Tylenol off the shelves. CBS 2’s Phil Walters reports.
