Northwestern University and University of Chicago ranked among top 10 in U.S.
Two major universities in the Chicago area are keeping major bragging rights. U.S. News and World Report is out with its annual college rankings, and Northwestern University and the University of Chicago once again are in the top 10, tied for No. 9.
