More power outages in East Chicago, Indiana, following reported equipment fire
In East Chicago, some neighbors said they got lucky and didn't lose power during the storm last week, but lost it Monday night after an equipment fire. Others were plunged into darkness and got their power back, only to lose it again. Lauren Victory reports.
