More migrants arrive in Chicago suburbs on rogue buses
A rogue bus dropped off migrants in Glen Ellyn to circumvent rules in the city of Chicago, and the migrants were then taken to the city on a Metra train. As CBS 2's Marybel Gonzalez reports, elected officials says the city is at its breaking point for capacity.
