Mom charged after gun goes off in student's backpack, 7-year-old boy is grazed by bullet at Disney M
Police late Tuesday said Tatanina Kelly, 28, was charged with three misdemeanor counts of causing a child to be endangered. Kelly was the mother of the child who had the gun in a backpack, police said.
