McHenry Co. working to fill gaps in marine unit patrols after fatal boat crash
The McHenry County Marine Unit did not have patrols on the Fox River and part of the Chain O' Lakes for more than 20 weekends this summer. After a fatal high-speed boat crash, the sheriff's office is now making plans to fix that shortage.
