Markham Mayor Roger Agpawa seeking presidential pardon
Markham Mayor Roger Agpawa has written a letter to the White House, asking President Biden for a pardon before he leaves office in January. In 1999, Agpawa was convicted of federal mail fraud charges, and is seeking to clear his record.
