Lowell law firm receptionist allegedly faked criminal expungements for cash: "People went to jail"
Heather Textor, a former law firm receptionist in Northwest Indiana, is now facing 42 felony charges for creating fake expungement orders and stealing money from victims while leading them to believe they were clients, police say.
