Gun control advocates urge Illinois lawmakers to pass RIFL Act
Gun control advicates and survivors from across Illinois are heading to Springfield on Tuesday to push for the first-of-its-kind Responsibility in Firearm Legislation (RIFL) Act. If approved, organizers say Illinois would become the first state to hold gun makers financially responsible for weapons they produced.
