Frankfort leaders holding community vigil after series of tragedies
Leaders say they don't know how many people will show up but know that residents want to come together. This comes after a 6-year-old girl was hit and killed by a school bus, days after Lincoln-Way East was accused of two incidents involving racist behavior and a mother was charged in the killing of her 2-year-old son.
