Former Olympian indicted by grand jury after D.C. Reflecting Pool arrest
A former U.S. Olympian is charged with vandalizing the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. David Hearn, who was an Olympic canoer, is accused of ripping out a piece of sealant at the bottom of the pool.
