Curfew in effect after protests in Spokane, Washington

A curfew was in place for downtown Spokane, Washington, after the mayor imposed the restriction following a protest Wednesday afternoon outside an ice office. Police say they arrested more than 30 people and officers deployed "pepper balls" on the crowd.
