COPA releases video of Chicago police shooting unarmed man in Pilsen
The Civilian Office of Police Accountability released video of the police shooting of an unarmed 23-year-old man in Pilsen on July 22, 2022. A Chicago police officer and sergeant are each facing felony charges related to the incident.
