COPA letter questions reasoning for why Chicago Police officers pulled over Dexter Reed
Police claimed they pulled over Dexter Reed for not wearing a seat belt before a shootout that went on to leave him dead. But a letter from COPA administrator Andrea Kersten cast doubt on those claims. CBS 2's Tara Molina reports.
