Cocktails to go, senior driving laws go into effect July 1

During the pandemic, restaurants and bars were allowed to sell cocktails and mixed drinks for pickup or delivery. Now, six and a half years later, that legislation is becoming permanent. Also, drivers 79 through 86 must renew their licenses in person and complete a vision test, but they'll no longer have to take a behind-the-wheel test.
