Chicago man reported SUV on tracks in Michigan less than an hour before Amtrak crash
Amtrak said they were never notified of the SUV on the tracks before the crash last week, was despite a warning call a full 41 minutes earlier. CBS 2 Investigator Megan Hickey reports.
