Activist says settlement in botched Chicago smokestack demolition is not enough
The settlement will cover property damage and personal injury claims filed against Hilco after Little Village was coated in dust when the company commissioned the implosion of the smokestack at a shuttered power plant. CBS 2's Marybel Gonzalez reports.
