12 Democratic AGs drop effort to block Paramount's $110 million Warner Bros. Discovery deal
A group of Democratic state attorneys general who sued to block the deal have reached a settlement with Paramount Skydance, allowing its $110 million acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery to move forward.
