More than three days after the devastating quakes hit Turkey and Syria, experts say a "critical" survival window is closing fast amid harsh winter conditions.
Recovery operations continue in Turkey and Syria, with help pouring in from across the globe. The death toll is near 12,000 after two powerful earthquakes Monday and hundreds of aftershocks. Rescuers are digging through the rubble with their bare hands in freezing temperatures to save lives.
