A West Side man was ordered held without bond Thursday for allegedly killing a man and shooting two others after an argument broke out earlier this summer in the Austin neighborhood.
Two men were found fatally shot in Gary Thursday in a likely double homicide.

About 6:20 p.m., the man was sitting in the rear passenger seat of a vehicle that was stopped at a stop sign in the 2200 block of North Austin Avenue, police said. Someone in group of males standing on the corner nearby fired shots.
About 4:20 p.m., the 27-year-old was shot in the hand in the 500 block of East 75th Street, police said.
